Alvin is Vehicle Procurement Director, responsible for all vehicle procurement (both new and used) ensuring Octopus EV are able to offer every EV in the market at competitive pricing for our customers. He also manages and nurtures the relationships with all of the OEM's both existing and new entrants to the UK market - such as BYD, Lotus & OMODA. He’s always had a passion for cars and spent his entire career in the automotive industry, and even wanted to be a mechanic when he was younger. Alvin spent almost 10 years at various dealer groups before moving to Nissan GB (OEM) to help lead and launch the 2nd generation LEAF to the UK market. In 2024 he was nominated by industry peers and inducted to the class of 2024 as a 40 under 40 Procurement and Supply Chain Changemaker.
