He is the Co-founder & CEO of Onlive.AI, an AI-powered conversational commerce framework reinventing customer experience (CX) for high-value and complex products. Previously, Alfredo founded and led HallStreet.com in San Francisco, steering the company from inception to its successful acquisition by Time Out Group in 2016. Following the acquisition, he was appointed SVP Global Product and became part of the executive committee (ExCom) that led the company’s IPO on the London Stock Exchange. For seven years, Alfredo was an academic collaborator at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, focusing on consumer behavior, branding, and the impact of new technologies on retail, tourism and commerce.
