Enterprise identity is often treated as a gateway: connect an identity provider, enforce SSO, and decide whether someone can sign in. But large organizations rarely fit one domain, one identity provider, or one policy.
This session presents a product-oriented framework for moving beyond one-size-fits-all login rules. It explores how authentication methods, resource requirements, and authentication context can support more precise and adaptable enterprise experiences. It also covers practical principles for introducing identity changes safely, including clear defaults, staged enforcement, observability, and recovery paths.
