Direct employees of banks, credit unions, building societies, investment banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies.
Government
Direct employees government institutions including U.S. federal, state, and local government agencies, including public offices, national agencies, and non-departmental public bodies.
Healthcare
Direct employees of healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, health systems), health insurers, and medical research organizations.
Immigration and Border Control
Direct employees of immigration services, customs and border protection, and related homeland security agencies.
Leisure, Travel, and Tourism
Direct employees of airlines, airports, cruise lines, travel agencies, hotel groups, and tourism boards involved in identity or customer authentication processes.
Police and Law Enforcement
Direct employees of police forces, sheriffs’ departments, and other official law enforcement agencies.
Regulatory Authority
Direct employees of organizations regulating identity, data protection, financial compliance, or digital services.
Retail/E-commerce
Direct employees of retailers (online or brick-and-mortar) managing customer identity, loyalty systems, or eCommerce platforms.
Telecoms
Direct employees of telecommunications service providers managing customer identity or network access control.

Important Clarification: Only direct employees (or current students/apprentices/graduates where applicable) qualify for free tickets. Contractors, freelancers, consultants, and third-party service providers who perform services on behalf of eligible organisations do not qualify.
