Jesse Minor is a Principal Security Architect focused on Identity Security at Humana, with more than 15 years of experience in identity and cybersecurity and over a decade leading enterprise identity programs. His work spans IAM, IGA, PAM, identity threat detection and response (ITDR), authentication, authorization, non-human identity, and Zero Trust.
Throughout his career, Jesse has led identity modernization and security initiatives across healthcare, professional services, travel, and other complex enterprise environments, including large-scale identity transformations, M&A integrations, and global IAM operations. Prior to Humana, he worked in identity and cybersecurity consulting at KPMG and held identity leadership roles across several organizations.
Jesse is passionate about moving identity beyond access administration and treating it as an active security and risk-management capability.
