Brian Brittingham is a senior cyber, counterintelligence, and law enforcement professional with more than three decades of experience leading complex investigations, cyber operations, risk management initiatives, and multinational security efforts. His career includes service in the U.S. Marine Corps and with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, where he built deep expertise in criminal investigations, cyber threat analysis, insider threat, supply chain risk, critical infrastructure protection, and strategic partnerships. Brian has led teams across domestic and international environments, including assignments in the United States, Japan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Romania, and the United Kingdom. His work has included major investigative operations, cyber defense coordination, support to the Defense Industrial Base, and protection of sensitive technologies and intellectual property. He has also served as a senior liaison to military, intelligence, and international partners, helping organizations identify threats, strengthen resilience, and protect mission critical assets. 
In cyber leadership roles, Brian supervised operations at major Navy installations and contributed to the development of innovative analytical capabilities used to identify threats targeting U.S. and allied networks. He has also served as a subject matter expert on campaigns focused on protecting sensitive research, defense supply chains, and critical infrastructure. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and a Master of Science in Cyber Intelligence. His professional background includes certifications and experience in digital forensics, cyber investigations, digital media collection, and advanced cyber counterintelligence operations.  He has received numerous military, law enforcement, and intelligence community awards recognizing his leadership, operational impact, and contributions to national security, cyber defense, and supply chain risk management.
