Matthew is Environment Strategy Programme Manager at Suffolk County Council. He has worked in the public and private sector in the UK and New Zealand. He leads on EV infrastructure implementation and the home energy efficiency retrofit projects. He has managed large operational teams in the built environment, regulatory and public protection, co-establishing the Suffolk Climate Change Partnership in 2009. He loves getting policy, finance and operational delivery lined up to support local communities.
