The exhibition will be held on 22 - 24 September 2026 at NEC , BIRMINGHAM.

What are the opening hours of the event?

Registration opens at 8:30am each day.

Tuesday 22 September: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday 23 September: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday 24 September: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Who can attend the event?

EVCharge Live UK 2026 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.

How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Is there an entry fee?

Expo floor and conference access is free with registration. For full app networking privileges including viewing the full attendee list and unlimited 1-2-1 meetings, our premium pass is available on our registration page.

When and where can I collect my badge?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this email to the registration desk on the day of the event at the venue to collect your badge.

How do I get to the venue?

Is parking available?

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to the official EVCharge Live UK 2026 event app . Is there a conference program?

Yes, our conference features expert speakers and panel discussions. The full agenda is available on our Conference agenda page.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

Some roundtables are invitation only. However, we go to every effort to ensure that the majority of the conference sessions are available to all of our visitors free of charge. Please view the program for more details.

Will presentations or recordings be available after the event?

No, sessions are not recorded. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.

Health & Safety

What health and safety measures are in place?

EVCharge Live UK 2026 follows all current Government and NEC health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, and crowd management practices. Updates will be provided regularly.

What should I do if I feel unwell at the event?

If you feel unwell during the event, please visit the first aid station or notify a member of the event staff immediately. Your wellbeing is our priority.
