Yes, ID may be required alongside your badge for security and verification purposes.
You will receive an email a week before the show which gives you the option to print your badge. We strongly advise you print your badge prior to arriving to the event. We are anticipating it to be very busy with over 20,000 attendees, therefore this will guarantee you a faster entry.
Ensure you are using a unique email address which hasn't been used to register already. Speakers should already be automatically registered by an EV Charge Live team member. The registration process should only take a couple minutes. If you have a large team, we strongly advise forwarding them the link to register themselves.
You can view your QR code badge on the official Event App. You can also print your badge prior to arriving to the event which we strongly advise.
Exhibitors – Badge collection:
All exhibitors have the option to collect your badge from the registration desk on Monday 22nd September between 12pm - 6pm. Please do this for faster entry on Day 1 of the show as we are expecting over 16,000 attendees. If exhibitors cannot collect their badge on Monday, they can collect it from 7:30am on Tuesday 23rd September. Registration opens for all other attendees at 8am.
There is no formal dress code. Most attendees wear business casual.
No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to enter the event.
Yes, cloakroom facilities are available at the NEC.
Yes, the NEC is fully accessible and has step-free access, accessible toilets, and parking.
Travel & Accommodation

Bookings to be made from 72 hours before the event via an online booking system. This must be booked before arriving onsite, any exhibitors arriving onsite without pre booking are not entitled to free car parking

Visitors have three options to pay for their parking, which will ensure their vehicle registration is recognised at exit for a frictionless departure:

Yes, the official event app gives access to agendas, floorplans, networking and meetings. It will be available a few weeks before the event. Instructions to download and log in will be emailed to you.
No, there will be no recordings or slides shared. You must attend the sessions live.

Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.
Yes, there will be catering on-site including vegetarian and vegan options.
Health & Safety
Yes, security staff will be present throughout the venue. You must always have a badge on you to be at the event.
