Gareth Warner is a Senior Transport Planner responsible for designing and establishing Portsmouth City Council’s LEVI programme, shaping the city’s long‑term approach to public EV infrastructure. Before joining Portsmouth, Gareth delivered major ORCS projects in West Sussex, enabling large‑scale residential charging access across the county.
