With over 18 years of experience in education, spanning early years to secondary and various specialties, Sarah currently serves as the Assistant Director of Online Safety Education at the ACT Education Directorate. Her passion lies in collaborating with school leaders, educators, and families to develop comprehensive online safety and wellbeing strategies. Sarah actively contributes to national online safety working groups and councils, and is a strong advocate for positive change and innovation in this space, working to shape policy direction in collaboration with field experts. Recognising the ever-evolving nature of online safety, she is dedicated to continually building awareness and engagement across corporate and school communities through a range of proactive initiatives. This commitment was acknowledged when Sarah was shortlisted for the Women in ICT Defying Gravity award in 2024. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her three young children, embracing the joys of small-town country life.
