Michelle Heintze-Moller is Assistant Principal- Pathways, Wellbeing and Inclusion and teacher of Digital Technologies at Rutherglen High School. As well as teaching Indonesian as a second language since 2005, Michelle has led whole school initiatives to develop inclusive teaching practices for over 10 years. Michelle has worked as an Inclusion Outreach Coach for the Department of Education (Victoria) and has been a leading teacher specialising in Inclusive Education. Michelle has been awarded a Teacher Exellence Fellowship and has participated in the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership's Teacher Excellence Program.  Michelle strongly advocates for inclusive education and making education accessible for all students.
