Justin is an inclusive education expert with over 17 years’ of experience as a teacher and leader in both mainstream and specialist schools, including as a a foundational leader and Principal at MacKillop Education Schools. Recently recognised as one of Australia's Most Inflential Educators by The Educator, Justin has spent the last decade working with primary and secondary students at high risk of school disengagement. Through this work, he bacame a key contributor to the formation and development of the ReLATE Education Model, now utilised by schools across Australia to create cultures of safety, inclusion, engagement and wellbeing. In his role as National Program Director: ReLATE, at The MacKillop Institute, Justin has the pivilege of supporting educators, leaders and schools across the country.
