Jac Manison, President, Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria (DLTV)

Jac Manison is an innovative and strategic education leader most recently serving as the Head of School Engagement at Schoolbox, an Australian edtech company supporting K–12 schools. With over 20 years of experience across Australia, the UK, Vietnam, and China, Jac brings a unique global perspective to the intersection of education and technology. Jac also volunteers as the President of DLTV (Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria), Victoria’s peak body for digital learning in schools. In this role, she advocates for student quotable  access to digital technologies curriculum, quality professional learning, and stronger connections between educators and the edtech industry. Her leadership at DLTV reflects her commitment to shaping the future of digital education at a systems level and supporting teachers to feel confident and capable in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Throughout her career, Jac has held senior roles including Head of Digital Learning and Assistant Principal, where she led large-scale initiatives in digital capability, curriculum transformation, and staff development. She is known for her ability to blend pedagogy with product, enabling schools and edtech teams to co-design powerful learning experiences grounded in human-centered design. Jac holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Management from the University of Melbourne and is a regular presenter at conferences, where she shares insights on edtech, innovation, and UX in education. She is passionate about empowering educators, designers, and product teams alike to create meaningful, inclusive, and future-ready solutions for learners.
