Andrea van den Bol is a dedicated and experienced educator currently serving as the Deputy Principal at Northholm Grammar School. With a passion for fostering innovative teaching practices and creating engaging learning environments, Andrea is committed to inspiring both students and fellow educators to reach their full potential.
With a background in education spanning over 15 years in coeducational and single sex schools ranging in enrolements from 690 to 2000 students, Andrea has a wealth of experience in curriculum development,character education design, cocurricular development, teacher training, and educational leadership. She holds Degrees in Music and  Musical Theatre and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and is known for her collaborative approach to leadership, her bespoke design of Charater Education Frameworks and student Leadership programs K-12 as well as working closely with staff and students to drive positive change within the school community.
Andrea is a strong advocate for the smart integration of technology in the classroom that concides with a direct learning apprach and believes in the power of digital tools to enhance teaching and learning. 
As a speaker at EDUtech 2025, Andrea will share her insights on how to inspire innovation in education and how to tangibly tie together pastoral attentiveness and character edcuation with academic intentionality.
