There are 6 parallel full day congresses running from 2 - 3 June 2020.
Select your desired congress during the registration process.
Seating capacity is limited in seminars and concurrent sessions. Preferences selected before the event can be found on the back of your name badge. Please arrive early in order to secure a seat. If a session has reached capacity, you may be asked to attend an alternative session if you haven't preselected that session. Due to safety reasons, the venue does not allow delegates to sit on the floor of the room.
For all congress delegates and speakers,, lunch can be pre-purchased up to 10 days prior to EduTECH.
On the day food and beverage can be purchased at the International Convention Centre cafes, restaurants or from the café on the Expo floor.
For all sponsors and exhibitors, please check your exhibition manual for details on catering. Delegates with dietary requirements who requested a special meal at the time of registration, should ask venue staff where these will be served during meal breaks.
To keep up to date with the latest agendas, competitions and to interact with other attendees download the mobile app. . Registered attendees will receive login details. To download the app, search 'Terrapinn Events' in the App Store or Google Play store, search for 'EduTECH International Congress and Expo 2020'. This will be available prior to the event, you will receive an email with your login details.

Name badges must always be worn. Your name badge will be emailed to you one week prior to the event. Please print this out in COLOUR and bring with you on the day.
If you cannot print your badge at home, we will have printing stations available in the registration area.
The Sydney ICC has a cloakroom for you to store your luggage for the duration of the day.
A photographer will be onsite during the conference. Photographs will be used for promotional purposes on the Terrapinn Australia websites, in email communications and on Terrapinn Australia social media sites. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the photographer know.
