Sherrierose Garcia Gonzales is an executive education leader with over three decades of experience across K–12 and tertiary education in Southeast Asia. She currently serves as Director in BINUS SCHOOL Education under the BINUS Group, providing strategic leadership across a network of international schools in Indonesia. In this role, she works closely with school leaders to strengthen educational quality, align strategic priorities, and foster excellence across academic programmes, operations, and organisational culture.
Her career reflects a deliberate progression from curriculum development and instructional leadership to executive leadership at both school and system levels. Beginning in curriculum and courseware design, she developed deep expertise in curriculum architecture, teaching and learning, programme quality, and continuous improvement. This foundation continues to inform her leadership philosophy, recognising that enduring institutional success is built upon strong educational practice, coherent systems, and purposeful leadership.
Throughout her school leadership career, Sherrie has served in progressively senior leadership roles, including Vice Principal for Academics, Principal, School Director, and now Director at the network level. She has led schools serving more than 1,000 students and over 300 staff while contributing to the strategic direction of multiple campuses. Her work focuses on translating vision into sustainable practice by strengthening leadership capability, building effective systems, and cultivating cultures of trust, collaboration, and shared accountability.
Sherrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master of Management, combining expertise in teaching and organisational leadership that continues to inform her work in leading schools and educational systems. She is recognised for her ability to navigate organisational change with clarity, align strategy with execution, and develop leadership capacity that enables schools to grow while remaining true to their educational purpose.
