With a career in education spanning nearly two decades, Mi-Chelle is highly experienced in curriculum development, specializing in designing and implementing academic programmes. As the Principal of SEGi College Penang, she oversees a diverse range of diploma, degree, and postgraduate programmes, fostering partnerships with international institutions to facilitate academic and non-academic initiatives across institutions. She holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics and English Language Studies, complemented by the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT), qualifying her to impart pedagogical knowledge to fellow educators. Furthermore, she carries the distinction of a certified HRDF trainer. She is committed to creating holistic learning experiences and promoting accessible, high-quality education for students globally.
