Jennifer Bantigue-Angeles is the Head Teacher at one of the SIS Group of School’s campuses in Indonesia, which experienced over 150% growth in just 3 years under her leadership.  Effective 1st July 2024, she will be joining SIS Group of School's head office as part of the academic team. She will serve as Academic Programme Manager, Active Learning Research and Development Coordinator, and ESOL Coordinator. With over two decades of diverse teaching and senior administrative experiences; and multiple advanced degrees including Master of Education, Master of Public Health, Master of Intercultural Studies, Harvard Certificates in Leading School Strategy and Innovation, as well as Leading Learning, TESOL, and TEYL, Ms. Jennifer brings extensive knowledge and expertise to various subject areas. She is well-versed in leading teams of educators and international schools with students from diverse cultures and nationalities.  Jennifer is a lifelong learner, always eager to acquire new knowledge and skills. Additionally, her experience as a project manager in health-based community development, public health consultancy, and disaster-response projects across various countries showcases her versatility and leadership capabilities. She is a renowned speaker and panelist at various national and international educational conferences, sought-after for presentations on topics ranging from active learning pedagogy, classroom management, and student engagement to health-related issues.   Jennifer’s exceptional social and interpersonal communication skills shine through, as evidenced by her fluency in English, Indonesian language, and Tetum (East Timorese language). Moreover, her ability to foster a culture of philanthropy and mobilize stakeholders for service in response to disasters and calamities is a testament to her commitment to making a positive impact on individuals and communities. Jennifer Bantigue-Angeles is a dedicated professional and seasoned leader with a diverse skill set, passion for learning, and commitment to education, leadership, professional development, and community service.
