I am an educator and  dedicated to building inclusive, creative, and future-ready classrooms. In my current roles as Head of ICT and Social Studies, ICT teacher for Years 3 - 6, and Microsoft Global Administrator, I oversee curriculum innovation, technology integration, and teacher professional development. In my teaching, I apply flipped and project-based approaches that allow students to explore coding, robotics, game design, and cross-disciplinary learning. I have introduced initiatives such as the Young Entrepreneurship Program, where students develop business ideas using digital collaboration tools, online productivity platforms as well as the STEAM Odyssey, which connects ICT with Mandarin and indigenous culture to promote sustainability and disaster awareness. Beyond student learning, I guide teachers in adopting educational technologies, with over 30 colleagues becoming Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts under my mentorship. Through these efforts, I supported my school in achieving Microsoft Showcase School status and joining the Microsoft Incubator Showcase 2025 - 2026. I believe education should transform challenges into opportunities by connecting culture, creativity, and technology empowering every learner to thrive in a global, digital future.
