Dr Derek Hrabovsky is Co-Creator of Human LOADLINE™ with UNBRICKABLE®, a physician, emotional intelligence practitioner and international speaker. A founding member of a helicopter emergency medical service, he brings more than 25 years of experience working in high-responsibility healthcare, where human performance, communication and sound judgement matter under pressure.

His work now applies those lessons to other complex human systems, including education. He explores how sustained load, psychological safety and rapid change influence the capacity of leaders, faculty, staff and students to think, communicate, adapt and perform.
