Clare Lancaster is a dedicated and experienced Senior Safeguarding Lead at the United World College of South East Asia. With a background as an Educational Psychologist, Clare is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of students in educational settings. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, having worked in safeguarding leadership roles in two top international schools in Singapore.

Clare is passionate about creating safe and inclusive environments where students can thrive and reach their full potential. She is a proactive advocate for safeguarding policies and practices that prioritise the welfare of young people. Clare is known for her compassionate approach and her ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
