Patricia is an Assistant Professor and Entrepreneurship Area of Excellence Coordinator at Universitas Pelita Harapan, Indonesia. Her work explores how people learn to think and act entrepreneurially, from recognising opportunities and developing innovative ideas to building businesses that can thrive in changing circumstances. Alongside her work in entrepreneurship education, her research interests are entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in developing entrepreneurial capabilities. In the classroom, she brings these interests to life through experiential learning, real-world challenges, and creative problem-solving, encouraging students to understand problems before jumping to solutions, validate assumptions, and turn ideas into meaningful value. She is particularly interested in how educational approaches and emerging technologies foster entrepreneurial mindsets, strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities, and empower students to develop sustainable businesses.
