Amy Hermann serves as Senior Program Officer for Epidemic Preparedness and Response at PATH, supporting the STRengthening Infectious disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) project. Amy is a global health security and One Health specialist (MPHc in Infectious Diseases - Johns Hopkins University), and a project management professional (certified PMP), with over 10 years of career experience supporting large and complex health programs. Her previous experience in project implementation encompasses international multisectoral health interventions, systems strengthening, biosafety/biosecurity, integrated disease surveillance, and beyond. She has previously supported a variety of projects focused on addressing national and global public health inequities through Chemonics International, The University of Wisconsin - Madison, and PATH.
