Praetorian Bio
Praetorian Bio is a biotechnology startup developing first-in-class mucosal vaccines with a focus on oral health. The company is working on two preclinical vaccine candidates designed to prevent oral diseases such as dental caries and periodontitis, which are increasingly linked to systemic conditions including cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. Praetorian’s innovation lies in its unique approach to mucosal immunization, aiming to create vaccines that can be delivered orally and that promote both local and systemic health benefits.
Praetorian Bio first joined us in 2025, and will be joining us again in 2026. They are also attending World Vaccine Congress Europe this October in Amsterdam!
