The exhibitor briefing will take place January 30th at 10 am (EST) / 4 pm (CET).


The exhibitor briefing will cover:

  • Exhibitor Manual: booth type, set-up & breakdown, logistics, suppliers, catering options
  • Networking & Terrapinn Events App: navigating the partnering platform, best practice for setting this up, further networking opportunities
  • Marketing: showing the materials available to promote your attendance, personalised materials available on request


Our event app will become the fundamental tool when navigating the event. It will go live to everyone on March 4th  .

You will be able to login as a Sponsor / Exhibitor from February 26th to set up your online booth.
