He leads EMA activities on emerging pathogens, vaccines, and antimicrobial resistance, and previously chaired the EMA’s COVID-19 Taskforce. With extensive experience in both industry and regulatory roles, he plays a crucial part in guiding vaccine development and approval processes in Europe.
