Michelle is a Senior Principal with IQVIA Patient Centered Solutions and has more than 20 years of experience with patient-centered research and outcomes measurement, using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies. Michelle focuses on development and validation of clinical outcome assessments, regulatory strategy and endpoint development, and better understanding the patient experience of disease and treatment, all within the context of medical product development. Michelle has held adjunct positions at Illinois State University and the University of Illinois, where she received her master's degree and PhD in sociology, respectively.
