Lindsay Reel is an accomplished pharmacy executive with over 20 years of experience in pharmacy leadership, compliance, operations, and business strategy. With a strong focus on driving organizational growth, optimizing pharmacy services, and enhancing both patient and employee experiences, Lindsay has established a reputation for pharmacy innovation and operational excellence. Currently, Lindsay leads EVERSANA Specialty Pharmacy, overseeing exclusive specialty programs, patient assistance programs, FDA clinical trials, and digital pharmacy services. In this role, Lindsay collaborates closely with regulatory, quality, compliance, and licensing teams to maintain accreditation and ensure industry compliance. Additionally, Lindsay leads a team of over 80 nurses, pharmacists and technicians, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Previously, as CEO of a high-volume compounding mail-order pharmacy, Lindsay led its launch and rapid growth, scaling operations to 10,000+ daily prescriptions and $60M in annual revenue while overseeing construction, licensing, and accreditation. Her leadership at SSM Health further demonstrated expertise in retail and hospital pharmacy management, 340B program expansion, and revenue growth across multiple hospitals. With extensive experience in pharmacy build-outs, workflow optimization, and team development, she has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic expansion. Lindsay has earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Passionate about fostering innovation in pharmacy services, Lindsay is committed to improving access to care, enhancing operational efficiencies, and building sustainable, patient-centric pharmacy models.
