The company’s lipid nanoparticle platform is designed to improve intracellular and lysosomal delivery of therapeutic enzymes, addressing key limitations of current enzyme therapies such as poor muscle uptake, short circulation time, and immune responses. By encapsulating enzymes inside lipid nanoparticles, NanoZymeX aims to increase therapeutic efficacy while reducing immunogenicity and enabling broader application across multiple rare genetic diseases.
