Make the right cells, consistently, at scale. iOrganBio is transforming human cell production with CellForge, an intelligent, automated manufacturing platform that monitors digitized cell states and uses AI to steer differentiation toward true in vivo targets. The result is reproducible, high-quality cells and organoids for in vitro disease modeling and preclinical studies. For rare diseases, patient-derived cell models are often the only human-relevant option — but making them has been manual and inconsistent across patients. CellForge automates and standardizes differentiation so that models built from precious patient samples are accurate and reproducible. When your patient population is small, you can't afford variability in the models that represent them. iOrganBio is based in Chapel Hill, NC and partners with companies and patient advocacy groups in the rare disease space to help develop transcriptionally defined cell models from patients.
