Vivek Srivastava, Global Head of Customer Engagement, Circles.Life

Vivek Srivastava is the Global Head of Customer Engagement at Circles.Life, where he leads the strategy and execution of customer success, sales engineering, and value-driven engagement across multiple markets. With over two decades of leadership experience in the telecom and technology sectors, Vivek has a proven track record in scaling digital telco operations, launching new ventures, and driving cross-functional growth across APAC and beyond.

Prior to rejoining Circles.Life in 2022, he held senior roles at PCCW Solutions, Netcracker Technology, and Oracle, where he led international business expansion, product strategy, and pre-sales across diverse geographies including Australia, India, and Southeast Asia. His career also includes leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Comverse, and Vodafone Idea.

Vivek holds an Executive Diploma in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree in Engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology. Known for his strategic vision, stakeholder alignment, and customer-centric delivery, he is also an active angel investor with interests in disruptive technology and digital platforms.
