Naleen Jayasuriya is the General Manager of Program Management at Sri Lanka Telecom, responsible for overseeing the company’s investment management framework, CAPEX allocation, and digital transformation initiatives. He also serves as the project manager for the company’s Digital Transformation and New Operational Support System projects and acts as the primary interface with the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka.

With over two decades of experience in telecommunications, IT project management, and business process re-engineering, he has held key positions in human resources and industrial relations, as well as business process management. In addition to his corporate role, he is a visiting lecturer at the University of Moratuwa and SLIIT.

Naleen holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, an MBA in Technology Management, an M.Sc. in Project Management from the University of Moratuwa, and a Master’s in Human Resources and Law from the University of Colombo. He is a Chartered Engineer, an International Professional Engineer, and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL).
