Rajesh Kannan, Director of Customer Experience, Circles.Life

Rajesh Kannan is the Director of Customer Experience at Circles, and heads platform showcase and solutioning for existing clients and prospects. He leads the team that curates and tailors the integrated Circles telco platform, guiding client experiences, and incorporating cutting-edge features and capabilities into a future-ready plug-and-play architecture for clients.

He has been with Circles since the start of its platform solution journey over half a decade ago, and holds a wealth of experience in the telecom and technology sectors, both from the platform and technology provider lens, as well as the technology investment and analysis lens, having previously been a long term investor and market analyst in the technology and communications sector.

Rajesh holds an MBA degree from INSEAD, as well as a Bachelors' degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is also a CFA charter holder and an active investor in bleeding-edge technologies. A firm believer in putting customer experience at the forefront of technology design, he strives to bring this experience-centric philosophy to driving client outcomes.
