Md. Saifur Rahman Khan is Additional General Manager & Head of S&M at Teletalk Bangladesh Limited, bringing more than 30 years of experience across telecommunications, sales and distribution, business development, customer management, commercial operations, and corporate relations.

At Teletalk, he contributes to strategic planning and business development while leading sales and distribution activities across B2B, B2C, B2P, and retail channels. His responsibilities span nationwide distribution, revenue development, sales planning, customer experience, digital transformation, and the development and commercialization of new telecommunications services. He has also been involved in mobile financial services, digital distribution and operational automation, as well as emerging propositions including 4G cloud phone, MVNO, and VoFi services.

Prior to joining Teletalk, Saifur held senior commercial and management positions with BRB Group and Sheba Group. He previously spent nine years with Grameenphone, where his work covered corporate sales and services, distribution, CRM, customer care, tariff and revenue planning, and initiatives including mobile banking, telemedicine, and the Village Phone programme. He began his career with Coats Bangladesh in commercial and finance operations.

Saifur holds postgraduate qualifications in Marketing from the University of Dhaka and has undertaken postgraduate study in telecom business at Blekinge Institute of Technology. His expertise spans telecom business strategy, sales and distribution, business development, digital transformation, fintech, customer management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial operations.
