Rishni Ratnam is CEO of MXA Consulting and founder of FirstThing.ai. He has worked hands-on with AI since 2016 across the full delivery spectrum, from data engineering and model building through to business case development, AI business leadership, and large scale AI portfolio management.
At MXA, Rishni advises public and private sector organisations on practical AI adoption, helping organisations find realistic paths to value and whilst building internal capability. At FirstThing.ai, he leads the design and development of AI products built for process-intensive, regulated industries, including government service delivery.
