I consult on digital strategy and how to plan and deliver large transformation. Having done merger and acquisition, function establishments and large program delivery, working in Government to drive transformation that impacts society, state economy & the environment is awesome!

Some recent achievements which I have contributed to include the development of the NSW Customer & Digital strategy, establishment of the digital restart fund and securing an additional $2.1bn allocation, and designing & implementing a NSW whole of government prioritization of digital investments a first in Australia.

Now I’m working on defining strategic digital platforms NSW should invest in and use, a state of NSW legacy report to take a strategic approach to a significant issue, advising to the update of NSW digital strategy, and Gen AI use in NSW government.
