With more than a decade of logistics and supply-chain experience, Victor is focused on process improvement, risk management, and scalable growth. Before joining Diverse in 2019, he held leadership roles in consulting and operations, where he delivered measurable gains in productivity, margin, and service quality. His leadership supports a culture of reliability and continuous improvement — enabling Diverse to deliver high-performance big & bulky final-mile solutions. Based in Tampa Bay, Victor enjoys spending free time with his wife and two sons.
