With over 15 years of experience building enterprise-scale marketplace and logistics systems, Satpreet has seen firsthand how forward logistics has been realtively optimized while reverse logistics remains fragmented, costly, and wasteful. At Amazon, he led large-scale transformation initiatives and helped launch new ventures that scaled into billion-dollar programs. Earlier at American Express, he worked on deploying AI models to triage fraud risk. At GreenMileAI, he is building an AI-powered orchestration system to autonomously streamline returns, reduce operational costs, and unlock new value recovery opportunities. His work focuses on bringing structure, automation, and intelligence to one of the most overlooked parts of the supply chain: returns.
