Roman Pennell is the founder and CEO of LoopDeco. He got his start in the big and bulky space after launching a furniture resale business in 2020, where he saw firsthand how much returned and discarded inventory goes to waste. That experience pulled him into the space and continues to shape his approach today. At LoopDeco, Roman and his team focus on helping retailers tackle the messy, expensive problem of returned, overstock, damaged, and other unwanted furniture.
