With 15+ years of nonprofit leadership, she holds advanced degrees in Sustainable Enterprise Leadership, International Business, and Public Administration, and has conducted extensive doctoral-level research centered on the theory of sustainability ethics. Her credentials include SHRM-SCP, ACNP, Lean Sigma Yellow Belt, and multiple DEI and leadership certifications. A recognized thought leader, Kristy is the recipient of Chief’s 2025 New Era of Leadership Award, the 2025 Women in Supply Chain Workforce Innovator Award, and the 2024 Women in Supply Chain Trailblazer Award.
