Karl, an executive coach with Novus Global, has dedicated the past 15 years to inspiring and guiding teams and individuals across various domains, spanning athletics, business, academia, and beyond. Outside of coaching, Karl has worked on accounting, operations, HR, and development teams. He holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a Master's degree in Sports Management from the same institution, and a bachelor's degree from Calvin University. His scholarly contributions have appeared in top-tier research journals such as the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, focusing on topics such as leadership and feedback. Karl has shared his insights and findings at renowned institutions like the Academy of Management, Harvard’s Behavioral Insights Group, and the University of Michigan.
Karl and his wife Erin now call Nashville, TN home with their energetic border collie named Mika. When not working, you can find Karl exploring the great outdoors, playing board games with friends, or enjoying great food.
