With over 20 years of experience spanning eCommerce, merchandising, digital marketing, and executive search, Elise brings a unique operator’s perspective to talent and leadership. Prior to joining Chameleon Collective, she held senior leadership roles at companies including Groupon, Fab.com, and vente-privee (in partnership with American Express), where she helped launch and scale digital commerce businesses and led large merchandising and marketing teams. Elise also serves as a Strategic Advisor to The Solist, a global marketplace for luxury display items. Passionate about the intersection of talent, innovation, and commerce, she partners with brands to build high-impact teams capable of navigating the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
