Jamin Nieri is a global supply chain leader and a passionate advocate for sustainable innovation in fashion. As Chief Operating Officer at Trove Recommerce, a San Francisco-based technology company powering returns software solutions and branded resale programs, she is at the forefront of circular commerce, helping iconic brands like Patagonia, Canada Goose, Michael Kors, and Brooks Running extend the life of apparel and keep products out of landfills. Jamin oversees the end-to-end reverse and recommerce operations—including returns processing, repair, cleaning, recycling, and customer experience—bringing operational precision and vision to one of the most complex areas of supply chain management. Her work enables brands to scale circularity while strengthening both consumer trust and gross margins. Prior to joining Trove, Jamin served as CEO of Savino Del Bene Fashion Distribution Services USA, a global freight forwarding and logistics company. There, she led integrated supply chain solutions for the world’s leading luxury fashion houses, building resilient distribution networks across North America and Europe and driving operational performance across wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels. Raised in Italy, she currently lives in the US and divides her time between the US and Europe. Jamin’s international perspective is rooted in professional experiences across the globe. Her career is defined by a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and the operational transformation of fashion supply chains—always with an eye toward both profit and planet.
