Mr. Azlan Shah Raja Azwa served as the Managing Director of Healthcare Group at Sime Darby Berhad. Mr. Azwa served as the Managing Director of Healthcare Group at Sime Darby Global Berhad since September 16, 2010. He served as Chief of Staff at Sime Darby Berhad since September 16, 2010 and served as its Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare Group. Mr. Azwa served as the Group Head of Strategy & Business Development of Sime Darby Berhad. He joined the KSDB Group in May 2005 as the Group Head of Corporate Finance. Prior to Sime Darby Berhad, he served with the Corporate Finance department of CIMB Investment Bank since 1999. Mr. Azwa began his career in 1993 as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. He serves as a Member of Flagship Subsidiary Board at Sime Darby Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. Mr. Azwa is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Azwa holds a Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
