Julie McCaughan has over 30 years of Nursing Experience in both Clinical and Senior Management positions in both Australia and Indonesia. Julie’s clinical background includes specializing in Surgical Nursing, Intensive Care Nursing, Hyperbaric Nursing, Stomal Therapy Nursing, and Woundcare. Julie has received awards in Australia in both leadership and Innovation. Julie has both a Masters in Business Administration and Nursing Management and has been instrumental in implementing Nursing Professionalism in the 18 hospitals owned and operated by Siloam Hospitals Group, Indonesia. Besides the Nursing division, Julie is also responsible for oversight of Safety, Quality & Risk, Infection Control and Clinical Training within the Organization and is currently working on the development of Research within the nursing division.
