Hayley LeBlanc is a Senior Researcher in the Systems Research Group at Microsoft Research. Her current research looks at new and emerging memory technologies for machine learning workloads and on capacity management in cloud storage services. Previously, Hayley has worked on storage systems for non-volatile memory like Intel Optane persistent memory, focusing on how to ensure consistency and durability for data stored on byte-addressable media. Her research has won awards at major operating systems conferences including SOSP and OSDI. Hayley received her PhD from the University of Texas at Austin in 2025.
