Adam Grenzebach is a Principal Hardware Engineer at Microsoft, where he leads initiatives in memory reliability, security, and large-scale deployment across Azure datacenter platforms. His work focuses on DRAM error telemetry, fault isolation, and the development of robust mitigation strategies to ensure data integrity and system resilience in hyperscale environments. Adam is an active contributor to JEDEC standards, with involvement in DDR, LPDDR, HBM and emerging frameworks for memory security and reliability. His work includes advancing industry approaches to ECC architectures, error reporting, and protection mechanisms against fault-induced vulnerabilities such as Rowhammer and other disturbance-based attacks. At Microsoft, Adam drives cross-functional efforts spanning silicon vendors, system architects, and datacenter operations to strengthen end-to-end memory security—from device-level protections to fleet-wide monitoring and response.
