Dr. Paoletti Samantha is enabling collaborative innovation in the Life Sciences and the Healthcare domains.   Working as Head of Research and Business Development for Life Science Technologies at CSEM, she is responsible for identifying market needs and for the strategic planning of internal activities towards specific industrial requests. CSEM plays a key role in the innovation value chain, leveraging public-private partnerships and narrowing the gap between fundamental research and industrialization.   Samantha has a strong interest and passion for personalized medicine and the development of novel technologies for a precise, robust, and accessible healthcare. She earned her Ph. D. Degree from the University of Fribourg and then worked as Post Doc at the Laboratory of Experimental Immunology in Basel.  Samantha is a diversity and inclusion advocate promoting gender equity in business and healthcare.
