Dr. Radhika Gudipati is a Technical Specialist in Robotics at ARIA, with 15 years of experience in AI and Deeptech. She holds a PhD in Robotics for rehabilitation from the University of Hertfordshire. Her expertise lies in commercialising high-TRL research, a strength she honed at robotic startups like Ocado Technology and Shadow Robot. Radhika has experience of working on robotic applications in use cases spanning across pharmaceutical, nuclear, logistics & warehousing and industrial automation. Additionally, she is a mentor, business advisor, and angel investor in tech startups. Radhika co-leads a Topic Group on Laboratory Robotics at euRobotics where she organises webinars and roadmapping activities on latest tech updates and current challenges in robots for labs. She is currently exploring a proposal on 'Manufacturing in space - biologics'
