Who can attend the event?

Future Labs Live Basel 2026 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.

How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Is there an entry fee?

Expo floor access is free with registration. Fees apply for conference delegate passes. Current ticket pricing can be found on the Registration Page

When and where can I collect my badge?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your badge.

How do I get to the venue?

Congress Center is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, rideshare, or car. Visit the Venue page for more information.

Is parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available at the venue. For more information visit the Venue page

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout Congress Center. Login details will be provided on-site.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes, a range of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside the exhibition hall.

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities?

Yes, cloakroom services are available near the main entrance.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

 How do I gain access to the official event app?   How do I gain access to the official event app?

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to the official Future Labs Live Basel 2026 event app

The Event app will be available to sponsors & exhibitors 6 weeks from the event and for all attendees, 5 weeks from the event start date. After downloading the Terrapinn Events App, you can login with the same email you used for registration. Follow the instructions on the app to create your account. 

After registering on the app you will be able to:

  • View the attendee list, floorplan and agenda
  • View all exhiibtors and sponsors
  • Connect and network with other attendees (Full app access only)
  • Build your personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in

How can I arrange meetings with exhibitors?

Use the Future Labs Live Basel 2026 event app to connect and schedule meetings with exhibitors before and during the event.

What's the difference between Limited App Access and Full App Access?

We offer two levels of app access to help you get the most of your event experience.

Limited App Access

  • Access essential information including: Full Agenda, Floorplan, Sponsors & Exhibitors listing
  • View and message exhibitors directly
  • Designed for easy navigation and information access
  • Limited App Access package does not include networking features (you cannot view or connect with other delegates or speakers)
Full App Access
  • Unluck the full networking and engagement experience
  • See and connect with all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors
  • Schedule 1-to-1 meetings to discuss partnerships & collaborations 
  • Send and receive messages with anyone in the app
  • Enjoy access to all features for a seamless and interactive event experience

The event will offer trackable CPD credits that contribute to attendees' yearly professional development requirements.These credits serve as a tangible way for professionals to validate their participation and learning at the event.

Each seminar attended and the event as whole will earn participants a FREE personalised certificate. This certificate recognises their dedication to ongoing learning and professional advancement.

 How do I receive my CPD certificate?
  1. Scan the CPD QR code at the Future Labs Live 2026 event. 
  2. Input a few details to receive your customised certificate.
  3. Download your free personlised certificate and CPD credits.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference program?

Yes, our conference features expert speakers and panel discussions. The full agenda is not available yet but will be closer to event date.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

Some sessions may require pre-registration. Our sessions are not available yet. They will be closer to event date. Please check the program for more details.

Will presentations or recordings be available after the event?

No, sessions are not recorded. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.

Health & Safety

What health and safety measures are in place?

Future Labs Live Basel 2026 follows all current Government and Congress Center health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, and crowd management practices. Updates will be provided regularly.

What should I do if I feel unwell at the event?

If you feel unwell during the event, please visit the first aid station or notify a member of the event staff immediately. Your wellbeing is our priority.

What is the dress code for the event?

Business casual is suitable for the conference and exhibition.

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees must be individually registered. If you would like to bring a colleague, friend, or guest, please ensure they complete their own registration via the Registration page .
